Are governments exploiting the coronavirus pandemic to exercise authoritarian power grab?

While the world economy is on the brink of collapse — largely due to lockdown orders issued by governments in response to the COVID-19 pandemic — I couldn’t help but notice that there’s one thing people appear to fear more than the pandemic itself: Questioning the government.

And understandably so. Here in the West, simply questioning someone’s gender “identity” could ruin your life.

But if there’s one important thing that history books have taught us, is that governments cannot always be trusted.

With the current pandemic, we are at a stage now where our Dear Leaders are effectively treating us like dogs; stay home, don’t go out, keep your distance, and put a damn muzzle around your face so you don’t endanger others!

Don’t worry though, you’ll be fed and taken care of.

But as a warning, Big Brother will be watching you. So do as you’re told or you’re in trouble!

And like the loyal ‘dogs’ that we are, we comply.

Our masters in the government then go on to feed us all sorts of dumbed-down information and misinformation through the media, which we don’t even bother to examine.

Statistics and figures without context… are exactly just that.

So let’s analyze some of those numbers and try to make sense of them. This will help us determine whether shutting down businesses is warranted.

Since the state of New York is the epicenter of the American coronavirus outbreak, with over 195,000 reported cases as of April 14, it would be a good study-case for us to examine.

According to data posted on the New York State Department of Health website, as of the time of this writing, there are 10,056 fatalities.

This translates to roughly 5% of all reported cases. The key word here is “reported.” We’ll get back to that later.

Of the 10,056 fatalities, 8,878 already suffered from comorbidity, which is defined as the coexistence of two or more related medical conditions.

Examples of such conditions include cancer, diabetes, dementia, hypertension, congestive heart failure, etc.

So we’re talking about people who were already in very poor health.

If we break those numbers down, it shows us that a staggering 88% of those who died from the coronavirus,  were comorbid patients with pre-existing health issues.

When examining the age, we find the following:

84% of deaths were of age 60 and up.
10% of the deaths were of ages between 50-59.

Now, did the coronavirus contribute to their deaths? Yes. Let’s say 100% yes. But keep in mind, when a patient is that sick to begin with, even a regular flu is probably just as deadly.

In fact, did you know that in 2017, some 80,000 Americans died of the flu? Me neither… until I came across this old article.

Do you recall the government shutting down businesses as a result? Neither do I.

Earlier I emphasized on the word “reported” for COVID-19 cases, which the media loves to report on. And why not? The higher the number, the greater the panic, the better the ratings.

Simple formula.

But let’s ask ourselves this question: How many non-reported cases are actually out there? I’m guessing the number is in the millions, with most having already flushed it out of their system without even knowing they had it.

That’s not to say that as a society we should not take precautions with the coronavirus.

Should those who are in vulnerable health self-isolate? Yes, of course. Should they receive financial assistance from the government while the virus is still active? Absolutely.

Should we shut down businesses and destroy the economy as a result? You decide.

One major overlooked issue regarding government-forced lockdowns is the current state of child abuse. With children unable to attend schools or sporting events, I can’t help but feel sick to my stomach just thinking about what victims must be going through.

What about stress factors? We all know that stress can be a killer. For millions of people with little savings, being locked up and unable to work must be very detrimental to one’s health.

And last, think about the type of precedent governments are setting with these extreme lockdown rules. We’re talking about governments from almost every single country enforcing orders that are without a question authoritarian.

Could this be just the start of many more to come in the future?

Dare I even ask if this is some sort of globalist government exercise to see how much control they can collectively exert over an entire world population?

And didn’t David Rockefeller allegedly once say:

“We are on the verge of global transformation, all we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the…”

WHOA! Almost revealed the entire quote.

Let’s not get carried away. Right?
